Five years proven experience in ICU, bedside care. Experience in integrated health systems in an academic medical center preferred. Knowledge of short and long-range planning, program and instructional development, quality indicators and data analysis, Joint Commission and CMS requirements for acute care operations and provision of care nursing practice. Certification in Nursing Professional Development preferred.
