General Purpose: Maintain physical plant's interior and exterior in a clean and sanitary manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Remove all refuse from the interior of the plant and dispose of properly  Use chemicals to sanitize and clean employee and costumer restrooms, break rooms, offices and Chalet (DFA Store).  Maintain cleanliness of exterior of plant, includes mowing and weed control  Manage inventory levels of Sanitation, Safety, GMP, Cleaning items  Follow all Dairy Farmers of America GMP's and  Work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality, sanitation and safety requirements.  Follow all safety regulations  Perform related duties as required or requested

Qualifications Desired Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience  High School Diploma or G.E.D.  Experience Requirements Preferred: one year experience in the similar field Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  Ability to carrying out instructions.  Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and writing, and communicate with fellow employees.  Firmly adheres to the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America. Exhibits honesty, discretion, and sound judgment.  Able and willing to perform tasks and duties with limited supervision  Maintains a positive "can do" outlook and customer service oriented Physical Demands and Work Environment:  Sitting, standing, kneeling, bending  Walking, bending arms, wrists, fingers, twisting/turning of head, shoulders, and torso  Fine motor skills associated with laboratory measurement.  Must have sufficient use of eyes, ears, nose and full power of speech.  Work involves inside and outside of plant.  Not continuously exposed to any disagreeable environment, but may be exposed to noise, water, heat and fumes during the normal workday. Physical Demands and Work Environment:  Sitting, standing, kneeling, bending  Walking, bending arms, wrists, fingers, twisting/turning of head, shoulders, and torso  Fine motor skills associated with laboratory measurement.  Must have sufficient use of eyes, ears, nose and full power of speech.  Work involves inside and outside of plant.  Not continuously exposed to any disagreeable environment, but may be exposed to noise, water, heat and fumes during the normal workday.
