Home Hospice, FT, Days (8:30am - 5pm)

2 holidays/year

On-Call Required

Seeking an experienced (at least 1 year) fulltime RN to work in Home Hospice. Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers. Must be able to complete 3-4 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation.
