For over 20 years, we’ve served fresh, feel-good Mediterranean food in Southern California and Dallas–Fort Worth (50+ locations and counting). Now, we’re expanding into the Stevenson Ranch area—and we’re looking for several Cooks to help set the standard for our kitchen and inspire our opening team.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual setting required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and cook our fresh Mediterranean menu to spec, every time
• Keep the kitchen and BOH areas spotless, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth, fast service
• Uphold food quality and safety standards that make guests smile
