Our Clinical Supply Operations is responsible for the supply of drug product administered to patients in clinical studies worldwide. In Global Product Development and Supply the team works closely with our partners to deliver quality products safely, efficiently and on time while operationalizing the innovative technologies that will deliver the transformative medicines of tomorrow. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert on all issues relating to the Dispensing of materials to CSO Parenteral and Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing, CSO Packaging & Labeling, Clinical Manufacturing Outsourcing and other Internal Customers within Product Development.
  • Ensure that a high degree of Customer Service is provided to all customers.
  • Meticulously maintain the Dispensary Log to track dispensing volume, cycle times and related details.
  • Responsible for effectively assigning Dispensary Orders and allied tasks to PDTs and ensuring effective manpower utilization and re-prioritization of tasks.
  • Primary point of contact for all PDTs regarding guidance needed to perform day to day activities.
  • Ensure that PDTs are appropriately trained for the tasks that they are expected to perform and hold them accountable if the prescribed process or procedure is not adhered to.
  • Responsible for Inventory Accuracy in the CSO Drug Product Supply Chain warehouses (B107 & B109) by ensuring that PDTs adhere to standard processes and all physical transactions are reflected accurately in SAP.
  • Ensure that once dispensed, orders are channeled to customers on-site or handed over to the Transportation Specialist for shipping off-site in a compliant and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all CSO Drug Product Supply Chain Dispensaries are professionally maintained on a day to day basis and are continually in an audit ready state.
  • Back up to the Warehouse Manager to ensure that all equipment within the CSO Drug Product Supply Chain warehouses is regularly inspected and is in a usable and audit ready condition.
  • Ensure that all assigned SOPs are periodically updated and any lapses in operations are promptly reported to management and Quality. In case of operational lapses, play a lead role in identifying the root cause, corrective action and effectively documenting them in prescribed format.
  • Support the CSPO Management Team on process and productivity improvement initiatives as identified.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, related field or equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
  • 8+ years experience in warehouse/logistics/dispensary operations in a biopharma setting, highly desirable.
  • APICS certification preferred.

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $134,170 - $162,600, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). 


The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
