Manager, Promotional Review Committee

JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) will play a key role in managing all aspects of Novocure's advertising and promotional material review process. Reporting to the Director, Promotional Review Operations, this individual will serve as the primary liaison between Brand Leads/Project Owners, Reviewers, and Agencies, ensuring the timely and compliant review of promotional materials. The Manager will also be responsible for supporting operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, creating and maintaining guidance documents, and providing stakeholder training.

 

This is a full time, exempt, office-based role reporting the Director, Promotional Review Committee and tied to the Chesterbrook, PA office.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Review Process: Oversee the end-to-end review and approval lifecycle of promotional materials using the Veeva PromoMats electronic review system, ensuring that all submissions meet quality standards prior to circulation to Reviewers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Medical, Legal, Marketing, Commercial, Patient Experience, Sales and Agencies to ensure seamless and efficient material reviews. Work with creative agencies to obtain project submission trackers for planning and collaborate with key departments to prioritize projects and materials.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure that all submissions are accurate, follow the established process, and meet high-quality standards before submission. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure compliance with review requirements.
• PRC Meeting Facilitation: Plan and manage PRC meetings, including agenda development, calendar coordination, and expedite reviews. Annotate feedback in real-time, capturing consensus during discussions, and ensuring meetings stay on track while adjusting to any changes in meeting flow or priorities.
• Effective Note-Taking and Documentation: Accurately capture feedback and action items during meetings with clear, concise annotations in Veeva PromoMats, ensuring all critical decisions, revisions, and follow-up timelines are organized and easy to reference.
• Escalation Management: Partner with Brand Leads to manage and resolve escalations effectively and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on key decisions.
• Training & Process Adherence: Ensure that Agencies, Brand Leads, and Reviewers are trained on the PRC process, and adhere to process guidelines and best practices.
• Product Launch & Indication Support: Support product launches, new indications, and label updates in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Medical & Regulatory teams, ensuring timely and compliant promotional material review and approval.
• Material Prioritization: Assist with material prioritization efforts in alignment with the US Commercial Business goals, ensuring that key materials are prioritized for review and approval in accordance with business needs.
• Timeline Management: Oversee and track electronic review cycles, ensuring all projects meet established approval timelines.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation within the team, ensuring ongoing enhancements to PRC operations and the review process.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Generate regular reports on PRC activities, review cycle status, and material approval timelines to track team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide insights and analysis on review trends and potential areas for process improvement.
• Technology Proficiency: Serve as a subject matter expert in Veeva Vault PromoMats, . Troubleshoot basic technology issues within the system.
• Team Development: Collaborate with team members to share insights, support team growth, and strengthen the PRC function.
