Pay Range:
$33.05 - $49.60This position is part of a new at home program that will serve outpatient therapy across north Charlotte.
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services in patients’ homes, helping improve mobility, function, and independence.
- Provide the same evidence-based outpatient care traditionally offered in a clinic while eliminating barriers to access and transportation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve patient goals.
- Utilize technology and flexible scheduling to manage a caseload across a defined geographic area while maintaining strong patient outcomes and satisfaction.
