Investor Relations Associate

Castleton Commodities International is a global energy commodity merchant with integrated businesses focused on marketing, merchandising and trading commodities, and the ownership, operation and development of commodities-related infrastructure assets.

Position Description:

Castleton Commodities International (www.cci.com) is hiring an Investor Relations Associate in Stamford, CT. This position will report to our Head of Investor Relations and will partner closely with senior stakeholders and a variety of internal functions to prepare financial materials.

Job Requirements:

• Liaise internally across functions to obtain and synthesize information from Finance, Risk and Commercial teams to prepare analysis and communication materials

• Create presentations for investor meetings and conference calls • Conduct market and competitor research

• Draft written correspondence to investors including mass communications and customized meeting follow-up

• Work on strategic projects across the company

• Develop marketing and other presentation materials for PR and Corporate Communication initiatives

Required Skills:

• 6-9 years of experience ideally in Investor Relations, Investment Banking or Private Equity. Would consider candidates that have a strong financial analysis background that are looking to pivot to Investor Relations

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or a related field of study

• Significant experience creating financial presentations

• Strong financial analysis and research skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Resourceful with strong research capabilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Excel and Power Point proficient
• Familiarity with commodities market a plus, but not required
