Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Child and Family Support Services Program. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, intervention, and support to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges. This role is vital in helping children achieve their maximum potential and enhancing their quality of life.
The Occupational Therapist II may supervise occupational therapy students. This position will contribute to program development, evaluation, and performance improvement.

Qualifications
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation required.
- Individual must demonstrate competence across all age groups due to the diversity of the children and families served by KKI.
- Clinical care focus is on the neonate, pediatric, and adolescent populations, as well as some adults with disabilities.
EDUCATION:
- Must have bachelor’s degree in an approved occupational therapy program.
- Must have successfully completed the national registration examination and/or licensed as required by Maryland State Law.
EXPERIENCE:
- Three years’ licensed experience in Occupational Therapy, with at least two years documented experience in area of specialty, required.
- Experience in pediatrics and/or rehabilitation and treatment preferred.
- Experience in coordinating community services preferred.
