Desktop Systems Technician II

Schedule: 10:30am-7pm

Responsible for several aspects of hardware and software support across the PC environment. Oversee a ticket queue for submitted problems and requests. Provide customer service and technical support to staff. Collaborate and work solo on various projects and initiatives within the IT environment. Assist in tracking and maintaining of IT solutions database.

Education/Training:

• Associates degree in related field of study
• Work experience of 2-4 years may be substituted in lieu of education

Licenses/Certification:

• A+ Certification preferred, additional certifications (Microsoft in particular) are a plus

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and applications
• Experience working with M365 products and applications
• Ability to dissect and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working in a healthcare and/or customer service setting
• Familiarity or experience working with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Intune
