<p>In our fast-paced and continuously evolving environment, no two days look the same. We are looking for a people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing Miami team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to both employees and managers - providing guidance on HR matters, driving process improvements, and ensuring our people practices are compliant, consistent, and effective. You will play a central role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the business through thoughtful, pragmatic HR advice.</p> <p>Are you proactive and adaptable with a passion for HR? If the answer is yes, this could be the perfect role for you!</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology) or equivalent experience</li> <li>Around 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment</li> <li>Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law; experience with immigration and visa processes is a plus</li> <li>Confident advising managers and employees on HR matters with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li> <li>Experience working with an HRIS; comfortable analysing and presenting HR data</li> <li>Naturally build relationships and has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment</li> <li>High level of discretion and professionalism</li> <li>Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently</li> <li>Be an active contributor to the Global HR Team</li> <li>Flexible and willing to help out where the business needs it</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a first point of contact for employees on a broad range of HR topics, providing clear and practical advice</li> <li>Manage and oversee all HR admin processes including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, benefits administration, filing, etc.</li> <li>Support and advise on employee relations matters, including performance management and absence management</li> <li>Own employee mobility processes such as relocation, visa applications, and expat support</li> <li>Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends</li> <li>Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with US labor law and company standards</li> <li>Participate in and support both internal and external events</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</st
