Typical Responsibilities of a Technical Project Manager

• Manage the internal project scope of work, timeline, and change orders.
• Manage the workload and resources needed on a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Understand Lifecycle management for Quality Applications.
• Manage internal and/or client management activities for assigned projects.
• Identify and address complex technical issues and resourcing.
• Support team members; acting as the liaison to the client for discussing changes in scope of work and timeline.
• Provide frequent/ clear concise project updates to internal/external customers.
• Utilize problem solving skills to drive solutions to equipment/process issues, including FMEA and root cause analysis methodology.
• Interface with vendors to ensure delivery of materials, components and documents on-time and to technical specifications.
• Accountable for document and resource planning.

This position is 100% onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Effective in multitasking, managing time and prioritizing projects to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills / Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience in cGMP-regulated industry: pharmaceutical/ biotech/ medical devices.

• Extensive experience with Wrike project management application or equivalent tool.
• Experience with serialization preferred.
