The Opportunity:
Are you looking for a hands-on role in renewable energy? Mortenson is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our solar and substation projects. Join a dynamic team and help us build a cleaner, greener future!

What You’ll Do:
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Prepare, handle, and supply materials to be used by other crafts.
Assist with solar panel installation, racking assembly, and torque tube assembly.
Perform pile layout and rigging tasks.
Handle general cleanup and debris clearing.
Support wire management tasks.
Assist with all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Prior construction experience (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Local candidates preferred.
