About the role
- Assist in the restoration of files/profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
- Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
- Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
Requirements
TS/SCI with poly required
- High School Diploma/GED and 15 years of related experience
- Bachelor of Science may be substituted for 5 years of experience
One of the Following Certifications Required:
- A+
- Network+
- CCNA Security
- CySA+
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security+
- CND
- SSCP
- CASP
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP
- GCED
- GCIH
- CCSP
