About This Role:
Join Natera and drive company-wide success as the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategic Accounts. In this key role within the Women’s Health Sales Org under the Strategic Sales arm, you will be at the forefront of building critical long-term partnerships with major hospital systems (IDNs) and Academic Medical Centers. Your leadership skills and strategic vision will help foster quality connections, enhance patient outcomes, execute systemwide test service integrations, and ensure that Natera is continuously seen as a valuable partner in advancing healthcare diagnostics, all while maintaining strict adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an interdepartmental effort to break down barriers, supporting hospital system adoption and increasing access to Natera's cutting-edge testing services, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Champion enterprise sales strategy within hospitals and medical centers, focusing on integrations, contracting, and connectivity strategies—all traced to advancing network-wide relations and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and hold the account team collectively responsible for implementing practical, aligned business plans that intensively oversee goal alignment and the efficient use of resources, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that stakeholders within customer entities – physicians, administrators, lab personnel, and IT professionals – have thorough knowledge and buy-in around the value of Natera offerings, while maintaining transparency and adhering to ethical marketing practices.
  • Craft modern, efficiency-boosting workflows to deeply integrate with client systems and track process improvements within hospital accounts to consistently grow operational yields, in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Pioneer continuous improvement in enterprise sales, adopting best-in-class practices, consistent learning, and future-proof success, while staying abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Establish and nurture stellar relationships among diverse internal and external influencers while driving long-term partnership strategies with key customer stakeholders in science, administration, or knowledge delivery organizations, ensuring all interactions comply with anti-kickback statutes and other relevant laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments, particularly in healthcare or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical insights with effective directional clarity through clinical partnership building.
  • Strong understanding of hospital systems, IDNs, and Academic Medical Centers.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
