This job is open for German-speaking experienced leaders with an EU passport, willing to move to Huelva for summer 2025. The start date is immediately until end of October.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong leadership skills, a positive and engaging character, great team player who leads by example.

• Confident in performance management, with strong communication skills.

• Ability to conduct quality assessments and analyse feedback.

• Fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.

• You will need strong organisational and time management skills.

• Fully conversational in German and English, any additional languages will be helpful.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will act as a TUI BLUE brand ambassador with in-depth knowledge of concepts and leisure content.

• Conduct quality assessments and analyse guest feedback from channels like TripAdvisor and Qualtrics, implement improvement plans, report hotel quality and performance in regular meetings.

• Lead, contribute, support and assess a team of specialists in daytime & evening programs such as entertainment, activities, fitness, sports.

• Ensure accuracy and updates for guest interfaces and info channels (apps, social media) and promote TUI BLUE’s sustainability policy through activities and events.

• And you deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
