The Sr. Implementation Analyst will be responsible for the consultation, project management, installation and setup of software solutions that best meet the client’s business needs. Responsible for client training and technical support throughout the implementation.
What you will do:
Project Management
Acts as project manager working directly with clients to successfully implement software from beginning to end. Prepares implementation documentation outlining the scope of work, project plan, and surveys. Consults with clients to understand their business processes and procedures and implement best practices. Manages project scope to ensure client expectations are aligned with key objectives and deliverables. Manages list of open deliverables and issues that are critical to obtaining client signoff to go live separately from minor issues and enhancement requests.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensures the highest levels of customer satisfaction from project inception to client testing and acceptance. Sets and manages expectations and drives to meet deadlines. Ensures that the highest levels of service are provided by all parties involved and escalates when appropriate.
Training and Support
Responsible for training and support during the implementation period. Assists clients with training for key employees at the credit union and provides support via telephone and email throughout the implementation process.
The Ideal Candidate:
Education:
- BA/BS degree or three years commensurate experience.
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years project management experience (PMP certification is a plus)
- Two years’ experience providing implementation assistance for a large scale system software
- Two years experience in developing and managing efficient, scalable processes as well as policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of credit union operations and regulatory, compliance, credit scoring and lending environments
- Experience with loan originations systems and credit union core data processing systems is preferred
