The Role

As the Associate Director, Cloud Practice Enablement Content, you will be responsible for developing content and writing stories that position Kyndryl as an innovative partner, guiding customers on their journey to becoming cloud-first enterprises. We seek a strategic writer to create persona-focused content for internal and external audiences. You will leverage your expertise in Cloud computing, hyperscaler technology, business and IT transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence pipeline generation and shape Kyndryl's market perspective.

Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Develop storytelling strategies and create communications content that present Kyndryl Cloud services as an innovation partner for customers.

• Write Executive Narratives: Create compelling narratives and presentations for executive and CxO audiences that align with our Cloud priorities and strategy while resonating with customers.

• Amplify Transformational Stories: Discover and share transformational stories by:

  • Developing keynote presentations for global conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.

  • Leveraging deep experience in creating impactful stories using PowerPoint and Word.

  • Steering narrative development for customer engagements and analyst interactions.

  • Collaborating with visual designers to enhance stories through visual storytelling, multimedia content, and digital experiences and also apply compelling narratives to presentations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Influence and collaborate with teams across Communications, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure aligned and consistent messaging.

• Executive Community Building: Build strong collaborations with leaders across the organization to create and disseminate cohesive executive narratives.

• Project Leadership: Operate in a fast-paced, executive-level environment, managing multiple high-visibility projects with strategic impact.

• Social Eminence:  Collaborate with leadership on proof-of-value, strategy, vision, and whitepapers; drive programs for personal and peer social eminence that reinforce core messages through blogs, articles, interviews, and other marketing programs
