Accounts Payable Associate Job Details

• High volume Accounts Payable (AP) data entry with focus on accuracy
• Downloading system reports
• Transfer data from downloaded reports to database system
• Reconcile and balance totals to verify data accuracy
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data
• Communicate issues and work collaboratively with team to resolve any issues
• Respond to any incoming data and emails internally
• Perform other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable Associate Job Requirements

• 1-2 years AP experience preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience with high volume data entry
• Must be dependable with the ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback
• Ability to work efficiently with computers, printers, and other office equipment
• Must be detail oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to analyze and verify data
• Ability to identify potential issues or errors
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task with a willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• NetSuite experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Working Conditions

• Team-based work.
• Fast paced work environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8 - 5
• Available to work evenings during month-end close process
