About the role

What You Can Expect

As our Business Process Advisor, you will measure and report on digital performance, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. In this role, you will use data to drive strategic planning and inform decision-making by setting, tracking, and reporting on performance targets and KPIs for the digital team. In this role, you will identify areas for improvement and communicate performance results to key stakeholders. Success in this position requires close collaboration with digital channel managers. You will provide comprehensive reporting, tracking, and forecasting, offering valuable insights for assessing program performance across channels, recommending funnel conversion improvements, and shaping future strategies. This role is based in Houston, TX reporting to the Vice President Operations.

 

  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, track, and report on digital team performance through regular reports and dashboards
  • Data-Driven Insights: Identify improvement areas and successes, collaborate with leadership on findings, and recommend actions
  • Financial Management: Manage opex and capex budgets, present annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and handle ad-hoc financial data requests
  • Agile Processes: Oversee and enhance Agile processes, train team members, and implement changes
  • Reporting: Develop self-service reports and dashboards in PowerBI, and monitor financial performance and asset management

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a minimum of a four-year degree in which you have gained a knowledge of IT and Digital business needs, budget management, and accounting practices
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with IT and digital functions, budgeting, financial controls, and project management or related field
  • You are proficient in technology skills including Azure DevOps, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • You hold a Scrum Certification or in progress towards certification
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for effective financial analysis and decision-making
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are self-motivated, enabling you to communicate effectively with internal customers and external auditors, fostering strong professional relationship

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $157,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
