Sr. Business Analyst
**This position is eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus
Key Purpose
The Sr. Business Analyst is a leader for the Sustainable Procurement team and is responsible for the execution and success of data compliance and storytelling sustainability progress.
Success Criteria
Data Expertise
- Proficient in Google Sheets, PLX and Looker Studio and Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerBI
- Expert in aggregating multiple sources of data, debugging and data mapping, and developing comprehensive analyses and visualizations
- Thinks in systems and stories. Approaches work from a detail-oriented perspective and can adjust the level of detail in deliverables to accommodate the needs of the audience.
- Actively involved in data collection, analysis, collaboration with Guckenheimer and the client’s Food Team.
- Dedicates time to improve and innovate data processes
- Delivers projects with descriptive summaries and instructions, insights and recommendations to improve data compliance and progress toward procurement and sustainability KPIs
- Works closely with Procurement Specialist to develop and maintain a compliance review and recommendations
Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Support units reach their procurement KPIs through data support and interpretation, and collaboration with the greater procurement team.
- Analyzes and contextualizes the data to support the sustainability and procurement functions including development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting, trackers, etc.
- Guides kickoff conversations in developing a dashboard, tool, or tracker to fully understand the purpose of the tool and the data needed to successfully execute. Asks questions of the requestor to help drive clarity in their vision to create a mutually beneficial partnership. Follow up with action items, estimated timelines and regular updates on progress and clarifying questions.

- Communicates directly with the manager and any other relevant stakeholders when tasks begin, in progress, and completed.
- Proactively and, when needed, collaboratively, solves data errors, issues, and is focused on data solutions for the needs of the sustainability and procurement functions.
- Approaches challenges with a proactive and collaborative mindset, seeking support from manager and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Extended periods of walking on premises
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
- Sr. Business Analyst is required to be present in a client’s office 3x/week

ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, and may vary from the range listed above.
** Bonus to be paid after 30 days of employment and is subject to an 18 month payback agreement
