About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant who will oversee the global tax compliance process and filing of tax returns in multiple jurisdictions across the world.

• Coordinate monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly data files for indirect tax filings for US and non-US jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external consultants to prepare tax filings and ensure global tax compliance.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of US sales tax and non-US indirect tax domain.
• Reconcile tax accruals in the books with tax liabilities actually reported and paid in the tax returns.
• Assist and collaborate with other departments for all tax related questions.
• Help analyze transfer pricing approach for multiple related party transactions globally.

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and filing requirements.

• Monitor the tax engine, on a periodic basis, for verification and application of tax rates on all global transactions.

As the Sr Tax Accountant, you will report to the Global Tax Manager. We are considering applicants for the Culver City office.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Tax, Finance or Accounting, with 3+ years of indirect tax experience with an accounting firm and/or corporate tax department.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, accounting principles, data analysis and tax best practices.
• Strong practical understanding of transfer pricing guidelines and OECD rules.
• Familiarity with licensing agreements and working with Licensing agreements and contractual obligation payment terms.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
