Pay Rate:

$38.09/hour (+.33/hr. Shift Diff) Based on experience & knowledge

3rd Shift:

7PM-7AM working 24/7 Schedule (3-2-2-3 rotation)

 

Sign on Bonus:      

$1000 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

 

 

Retention Bonus:  

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:

• At least one year (preferably 3 years) of successful maintenance environment, preferred.
• Completion of an education program in electrical or industrial electrical or industrial training  – OR –  completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program and three out of the last five years’ journey - level experience as an electrician in an industrial maintenance field.
• Performs a wide variety of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on a variety of electrical, mechanical, and conveyance system equipment;
• Trouble shoots, disassembles, repairs, and monitors equipment as required when equipment failures occur;
• Responsible for checking motors, pumps, gear boxes, conveyors, air compressors, drives, etc. assuring proper operation;
• Adjusts critical tolerances of operating equipment such as pumps, gear cases, bearings, seals, etc.
• Completes daily work orders as assigned and updates team with daily work reports outlining progress and new issues;
• Trains team mates in keeping all equipment in good repair and regularly serviced;
• Identifies and suggests new approaches or best known methods to foster continuous improvement;
• Actively participates in safety meetings and follows safety guidelines;
