The Opportunity
"Our mid-market lender clients encompass regional banks and credit unions. Your fervor for igniting thought leadership content engagement among B2B audiences and spearheading outbound marketing initiatives for FICO's industry-leading B2B FICO Score products will be instrumental.
In your role, you'll be an integral part of the Scores marketing team, collaborating closely with product management and subject matter experts to bring marketing programs to life, from inception to measurement. These programs may encompass diverse channels, including direct-to-lender campaigns, events, sales enablement, website content, and various other materials.

What You’ll Contribute
Annual speakership/events plan – drive the strategic global events plan relative to the mid-tier lender audience, ensuring coverage for all key segments and initiatives to support the business goals.
Sponsorship strategies – partner with the events team to negotiate high value sponsorships that deliver maximum visibility across all events.
Speakerships – monitor the call for speakers’ schedule and deadlines for the annual plan, hold planning sessions in advance to curate high impact relevant topics and abstracts to win speakerships. Follow up with event organizers and negotiate for optimal placement – persistently.
FICO hosted webinars – own the annual webinar plan, driving all elements in collaboration with cross functional teams to promote and execute high value sessions for clients, manage downstream on-demand assets for all webinars.
Content – Engage with Scores business development team and other teams within FICO to drive thought leadership comms direct to clients pre, during, and post events.
Debrief & Measurement – Capture debriefs from events and speakerships, including metrics of attendance, engagement, recorded session views etc. to inform quarterly reporting, annual planning cycle, and ROI.
New opportunities – monitor trends and identify new events or topics for the Scores business within the context of our fiscal plan and multi-year strategy.
Client success stories – work with product managers and other stakeholders to identify and nurture mid-tier client success stories, submit clients for key industry awards, and drive value via PR or other mechanisms.
What We’re Seeking
Proven track record of developing world class marketing programs in a highly regulated complex environment.
Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world and what it takes to build brand affinity, product awareness and pipeline.
Experience writing speakership abstracts and curating compelling presentation content.
Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, partners, and sales teams to align on goals and work through business challenges.
Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
Expert in using metrics and marketing performance measurement and how these are critical to optimize results and ROI in a corporate marketing environment.
Knowledge and experience in building thought leadership event / content marketing plans spanning multiple business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a marketing or related field; Master’s degree/MBA or equivalent industry experience is strongly preferred.
Previous Banking, Investment, Fintech, or Finance industry B2B experience is a plus.
PowerPoint expert is a must, experience with Pardot, Salesforce or other CRM systems desired.
Highly collaborative, self-starter and strong at navigating matrixed organizations to achieve goals.
Agency and staff management experience desired.
