Kinetik employees have decades of experience in West Texas and provide all the important services our customers need to deliver gas and crude oil production to market, which include gathering, transportation, compression, processing and produced water management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sr. Contracts Representative will report to the Director of Contracts Administration and is a key player in communicating with internal and external customers. This position plays a vital role in updating and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Document Intelligence, Kinetik’s contract management platform. Other responsibilities include the following:

• Become a Document Intelligence super-user
• Update and maintain designated contracts and relevant attributes within Document Intelligence
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc Document Intelligence reports and distribute accordingly
• Update designated personnel regarding changes to contracts affected by regulatory agencies
• Create and communicate new connect notices
• Distribute force majeures and notices to customers requiring physical copies
• Maintain physical files
• Help other internal departments with contract-related questions or needs
• All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• 5-9 years of energy industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree or work-related experience

Working Conditions:

• Will be working in an office environment with long periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
• Available outside of normal working hours, as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Ability to work effectively in all working conditions noted above
• Will require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 15 lbs. on a consistent basis
