Residential Counselor – CILA BerkenshireA CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.

Location: Elk Grove, IL Hours: Part-Time Schedule: Saturday 3pm - Sunday 9pm (30hrs) Pay: $20.75/hr + Paid Training! Sign-on Bonus: Part-Time staff will receive total of $750 in bonuses the first year of employment with us!Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be 21 years of age
