About the Role

Embark on an exhilarating journey with REA Group, the frontrunner in Australia's real estate and commercial property advertising websites. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll represent a leading real estate provider, specializing in collecting and reporting auction data, blending customer service excellence with efficient administration and data entry. Dive into the heart of Australia's thriving real estate scene, where every day is a thrilling adventure, and your meticulous attention to detail fuels success.

Here is what you need to know...

• Commences 25 October 2024

• Multiple causal roles (approximately 8 hours per week)

• Hours rostered Saturday and Sunday between 9am to 5pm (rotational roster)

• WFH Only - Work anywhere in Australia!

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer inquiries while delivering top-notch customer service.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and utilize comprehensive computer systems to identify the most effective solutions.

• Keep customer records current and accurate.

• Occupy your workstation as scheduled and required.

About you

You have strong communication skills and excel in a fast-paced, data-focused environment. Your background in roles that demand precise attention to detail, such as in hospitality or retail, is a significant advantage. You're a dedicated team player, skilled at multitasking and adapting to new information. Your ability to interact effectively with diverse groups makes you a perfect match for this contact center role, where you'll primarily be engaged in data entry with a dash of customer interaction.
