Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Scientist for Salesforce Applications to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform predictive and statistical analyses and modeling on various large, often disparate, datasets including structured, unstructured, and streaming

• Develops models, algorithms, and metrics to facilitate interpretation of data

• Applies industry standard data mining techniques and procedures for data residing in Salesforce Applications

• Works with various positions within an organization to present and operationalize data to achieve accessible insights.

• Performs data cleanup

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experienced in building data mining techniques on Salesforce Application data or other SaaS Applications

• Has working knowledge of multiple programming languages and statistical packages

• Knowledge of dataset tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tools.

• The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed

• Security + Certification required

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/ active Secret Clearance

• Must be a US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
