Digital QMS Manager - Kennesaw, GA
Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Digital QMS Manager include maintaining site and personnel specific system security, executing system validation programs, acting as the site system administrator for QMS and ERP systems, and building advanced reporting tools to provide business intelligence to different members of the organization. As new technologies are identified, the employee shall undergo training to gain proficiency with those technologies and oversee in the implementation and transition to the new system.
This individual will manage the document lifecycle within the QMS system, including change control programs and document compliance / availability. They will monitor and verify ERP transactions and ensure data is entered and updated as needed to ensure formulation traceability and business continuity.

- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
- Adapts to changes in work environment while learning to apply new technologies
- Sound working knowledge of IT Systems, practical knowledge of Microsoft office suite software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge and experience pertaining to cGMP, FDA Part 11, and TGA/EU Annex 11 standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead changes within the IT and QMS quality requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally with different departments and external vendors.
- Strong time management
- Results driven, strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum – High School Diploma + 5 years experience in a relevant industry
- Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a cGMP role, preferably in the Dietary Supplements industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical administrator role within a Part 11 compliant environment

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$39,200.00 - $72,800.00
