BCBA Student Internship - Hands-On ABA Training Program

As a Student BCBA at Vibrant ABA, you will gain hands-on experience while working under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. This position offers the opportunity to apply ABA principles in real-world settings, enhance your clinical skills, and work directly with clients. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based interventions, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with your supervising BCBA to deliver high-quality services.

In this role, you will also receive mentorship to develop your ability to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and manage case responsibilities. This program is designed to provide the comprehensive training and support needed to transition into a full-time BCBA position upon completion.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a verified course sequence (VCS) for BCBA/NYS LBA certification
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and willingness to learn
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with supervisors and team member
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Availability to commit to at least 30 hours per week, including:
• 15+ hours of direct client work
• The remaining hours in supervised "indirect" tasks (per BACB guidelines)
  Willingness to follow BCBA recommendations and adapt based on feedback
