The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development, a willingness to upskill in AI and Generative AI technologies, and the ability to integrate large language models (LLMs) into applications and software development processes (testing, refactoring, requirements management, deployment).</span></p><p>Key Competencies &amp; Skills</p><ul><li><p>AI Expertise</p><ul><li><p><span>Understanding how LLMs work, their strengths, limitations, and practical applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in prompt engineering (basic &amp; advanced techniques).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with direct LLM API usage (OpenAI API, SDKs, structured outputs, memory, function calling).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conceptual understanding of RAG architecture, model fine-tuning, and contextual AI approaches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or other libraries to create LLM workflows or agents, and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with NLP concepts such as tokens, embeddings, and vector-based processing.</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p>Software Development &amp; Cloud Engineering</p><ul><li><p><span>Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin) with a solid understanding of tooling, ecosystem, and software development best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with API management and cloud-based AI deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Practical usage of AI software development tools - eg.
