As the Senior Manager of BI Reporting you will be responsible for the BI Tools and Internal Reporting that is required for BetMGM to make data driven decisions.

The role will require you to work with multiple stakeholders across many business domains, including but not limited to Marketing, Compliance, Gaming, Sports, Operations and Risk and Finance. This role will be expected to work with stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization. 


The role will be varied, both in terms of tasks and the number of key stakeholders you will be expected to interact with. As data is needed and used throughout the company, the person filling this role will have a rare opportunity to learn and interact with many parts of the company.


The role will be part of the BI and Analytics team and will play a central part of this team, working across it, interacting and learning about areas such as reporting, dashboards, predictive modelling, analytics data cubes, data warehouses, and data tech.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership and Oversight over the company’s BI Reporting Tools (PowerBI and MicroStrategy, Microsoft Cubes)
  • Direct multiple global teams including Report Developers, Financial Analysts, Business Analysts, and Cube Architects
  • Lead cube development, report migrations and development of dashboards and reports across various tools and databases
  • Managing and mitigating issues and risks that impede progress effectively
  • Responsibility for automated delivery of time sensitive reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the company’s BI Tool Stack
  • Organizing and orchestrating monthly governance meetings with key stakeholders, preparing comprehensive governance packs, and documenting key actions and agreements Planning and negotiating project timelines and resource allocation
  • Leading and orchestrating activities related to analytics project demand, including prioritization, workflow management, estimation of work, tracking delivery, Capacity vs demand, communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar roles
  • Exceptional Administration and Organization Skills
  • Experience with tools like PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g.Power BI).
  • Consultancy Skills Experience or Qualification
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Experience working with some or all for the following: dashboards, predictive modelling, analytics data cubes and data warehouses
  • Enjoys working with Data and understand the benefits of Data and Analytics to an organization’s success.
  • Problem solver
  • Business & Commercial mindset
  • Previous Industry experience a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $140,240.00 to $184,065.00.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
