Job Description

What you can look forward to as Global Project Expert - Product Compliance:

• Lead global and cross-functional projects focused on product compliance, including regulatory updates, data migration, and system integration.
• Manage the transition of compliance data into SAP ERP, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business usability.
• Translate global and regional compliance requirements into actionable project plans and system configurations.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define work packages, milestones, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Configure and maintain business systems to support evolving compliance and operational needs.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users, promoting best practices and system adoption.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Report project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management. 

 

Your Profile as Global Project Expert - Product Compliance:

• 3+ years of experience in global project management, ideally in compliance or ERP-related initiatives.
• Solid understanding of product compliance (Quality, Engineering, or Legal) and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or similar systems; strong technical and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
