Life at YES:
The IT Compliance Manager will lead the enhancement of the company’s IT compliance program, ensuring alignment with evolving controls, processes, and technologies. The role will focus on overseeing internal controls, administering the GRC platform, and coordinating compliance processes across business units. The manager will act as the subject matter expert for internal controls, collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT compliance documentation, and ensure testing and audits are in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enhance the IT compliance program, ensuring it adapts to changing processes and technologies.
• Administer the GRC platform and manage periodic compliance processes with control owners.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for internal controls, including IT general computer controls.
• Facilitate walkthroughs with management and external auditors.
• Review and improve IT compliance documentation and identify control enhancements.
• Coordinate IT compliance testing and ensure alignment with external auditors.
• Maintain thorough audit workpapers and support risk assessments.
• Mentor team members and review workpapers for quality and compliance.
• Assess and track remediation of deficiencies.
• Manage external audit communications and vendor SOC report mappings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, and information security.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in public accounting is a plus.
• CISA, CPA, or similar certifications are a plus.

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 + 10% bonus
