Job Description
Publicis Media is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition professional to join their team. You are a driven, hardworking visionary who is looking to integrate themselves into our different agencies. Your combination of critical thinking, content expertise, creativity, project management, and strong execution skills makes you an integral part of Publicis Media’s Campus team.
As a Publicis Media Early Careers Recruiting Associate, you will be involved in many different areas of work. You will be immersed in the culture of our many different agencies whilst promoting brand awareness to interested candidates. An ideal candidate would have a strong interest in the advertising industry and the ability to learn and grow within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various Early Careers Recruiting Projects
- Use data to help inform, support, and guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Research and identify best practices for diversity and inclusion programming
- Assist with Publicis Media entry-level and internship candidate screenings
- Work with Early Careers ambassadors on their candidate pipelines for all entry-level programs
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven strong interest in a career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, analytics, Early Careers, or related
- Basic PC skills- familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $47,000-51,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
