We support our clients — leaders in the industry — in their development strategies across the automotive, railway, IT, R&amp;D, and Telecom &amp; Media sectors.</p><p>Joining <strong>ALTEN Morocco</strong> means benefiting from:</p><ul><li>Diverse career paths with opportunities for internal, sectoral, geographic, and functional mobility.</li><li>Certified and diploma-granting training programs.</li><li>Regular events designed to foster both well-being and high performance.</li></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Analyze and maintain functional requirements for Cockpit, Body, Infotainment and Connected Services systems  </li><li>Design and update functional architecture models using CATIA V6  </li><li>Create, review and manage system requirements and their traceability within ENOVIA  </li><li>Manage product diversity and ensure consistency across vehicle configurations  </li><li>Analyze functional impacts and assess change requests on E/E architecture  </li><li>Investigate and perform root cause analysis of technical issues reported in ALTIS/PLM  </li><li>Propose corrective actions and define technical solutions to ensure system compliance  </li><li>Generate and maintain Technical Function Design (TFD) and Sub System Design (SSD) deliverables  </li><li>Develop and update View 5 functional architecture models  </li><li>Review upstream service specifications and ensure requirement quality and completeness  </li><li>Support stakeholders by answering technical queries and ensuring interoperability between systems  </li><li>Prepare and lead technical review meetings with cross-functional teams  </li><li>Produce technical reports, review minutes and architecture documentation  </li><li>Define and manage calibration parameters according to project requirements  </li><li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project milestones and deliverable quality objectives  </li><li>Collaborate with Feature Team Leaders, Sub-Domain Managers and project stakeholders to support vehicle development activities and decision-making processes. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems</li><li>0 to 1 year of experience </li><li>Automotive Electrical &amp; Electronic (E/E) Architecture, with a focus on Cockpit, Body, Infotainment and Connected Services</li><li>Good command of requirements engineering, functional architecture design, technical analysis and system integration, using tools such as CATIA V6 and ENOVIA</li></ul><p><strong>Functional Architecture &amp; Systems Engineering </strong></p><ul><li>Good knowledge of automotive E/E architectures and embedded systems </li><li>Experience in requirements engineering and functional architecture design </li><li>Ability to analyze specifications and manage system interactions </li><li>Understanding of Cockpit, Body, Infotainment, and Connected Services domains </li></ul><p><strong>Systems Engineering </strong></p><ul><li>Good understanding of the V-cycle development process </li><li>Experience in requirements analysis and functional decomposition </li><li>Ability to ensure system consistency and integration </li></ul><p><strong>Tools &amp; Configuration Management </strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in CATIA V6 and ENOVIA </li><li>Knowledge of PLM processes and product diversity management </li><li>Experience in producing technical deliverables (TFD, SSD, View 5) </li></ul><p><strong>Problem Solving &amp; Technical Analysis </strong></p><ul><li>Strong functional impact analysis and root cause investigation skills </li><li>Ability to define and document technical solutions </li><li>Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach </li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Ability to lead technical reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams </li><li>Detail-oriented, rigorous, and well-organized </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international environment </li></ul>
