Supplier Digital Collaboration Intern

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To support our "Supplier Digital Collaboration" team in the "Group Procurement" department, which is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of the purchasing processes of our Maisons and manufactures, as well as our internal and external suppliers, we are looking for a 6-month Supplier Digital Collaboration intern.

 

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This internship will enable you to participate in the deployment of our technological interfaces and the development of the relationship between our Maisons and their suppliers.

As part of the "Group Procurement" department, you will take part in several high-stakes projects, while working in an international environment and having the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the digital transformation of direct and indirect purchasing within a luxury group.

The mission is structured around two axes:

• the development of our Maisons/suppliers exchanges via our collaboration platform:

 

• organize and supervise the roll-out of the digital solution through suppliers,
• support the change management of our suppliers and Maisons teams,

 

• the transformation and simplification of our internal processes

 

You will be involved in drafting and/or updating our internal tools and project documentation for our employees and suppliers: user guides, KPI monitoring tools, various communications about the project, etc.

You will also provide support to our suppliers during the training and support phases.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

• You are doing an Engineering degree with a focus on production management or industrial engineering, logistics.
• You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written) and have a good knowledge of Office tools. Italian (spoken and written) is a plus.
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous person, with good analytical skills, pro-active, with a sense of communication and a taste for teamwork.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) is a plus.
• You can have an internship agreement through your school or university.
• You are available for a 6-month internship with a start date 15.01.2024.
