Field Recruiter

Job Description:

Salad and Go is seeking a Field Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and upper-level leadership roles within our restaurant operations. This role is instrumental in staffing new store openings and driving talent acquisition strategies in established markets. The position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. 

As the Field Recruiter, you will: 

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly team members, shift leaders, salaried store managers, and multi-unit leadership roles across operations. 

• Spearhead hiring efforts for all New Store Openings (NSOs), including building recruiting plans, executing outreach strategies, and being onsite to lead high-volume hiring events. 

• Partner closely with Field Operations leadership and HRBPs (Human Resource Business Partners) to understand staffing needs, growth plans, and organizational goals, ensuring alignment between recruiting efforts and operational demands. 

• Source and attract both active and passive talent through job boards, social media outlets, community partnerships, local outreach, and referrals. 

• Assess candidates for both role alignment and cultural fit; conduct first-round interviews and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers during hosted debriefs. 

• Build Salad and Go’s employment brand in new and existing markets by representing the company at job fairs, networking events, and local hiring campaigns. 

• Maintain and track recruiting activity using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure data integrity and compliance with hiring processes and employment regulations. 

• Develop market insights, provide recruiting metrics on a weekly basis, and share regular progress reports with internal stakeholders. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, People team, and Training to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding for new and established stores. 

• Support company-wide talent initiatives and special projects as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience 

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail operations 

• Proven experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles; experience hiring for multi-unit leadership roles is highly preferred 

• Demonstrated success leading onsite high-volume hiring events, preferably for restaurant New Store Openings 

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills 

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
