Senior Product Manager - Driver Experience

Position Summary...

The NTransit application provides a seamless experience for drivers across private fleets, CCOB (contracted carriers), and external carriers. It directs workflow, facilitates communications, enhances visibility, and manages driver pay. As a crucial part of Walmart's supply chain, NTransit bridges planning with execution in stores, distribution centers, and clubs. It also lowers barriers of entry for SMB carriers, brokers, and owner-operators, enabling them to offer untapped capacity solutions.

This Senior Product Manager role will focus on building a comprehensive driver support structure within NTransit, leveraging capabilities specific to automated content management and managing driver media (self-help tools, permits, resources, training, etc.).

This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to Northwest Arkansas.

What you'll do...

• Lead driver onboarding, application utilization, and reduce the burden of entry for drivers on the application
• Increase load visibility and LOS tracking; partner with business stakeholders focused on external carrier procurement, carrier operations, and performance; drive carrier onboarding and utilization; and lead carrier application rollouts
• Leverage AI to automate content management and provide personalized support to drivers
• Utilize AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants to offer real-time assistance and training, analyze driver performance, provide tailored recommendations for improvement, and automate the onboarding process

What you’ll bring…

• Product management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms, logistics, or workforce enablement

• Experience with user onboarding, content management systems, or driver/carrier support tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven support systems (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, performance analytics)

• Proven ability to reduce friction in user onboarding and drive sustained engagement
• Experience managing digital content libraries, training resources, and self-help tools
