THE WORK:
- You'll prepare comprehensive scopes of work and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- You'll apply strong knowledge of manufacturing lines, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- You'll create and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, RFIs, Change Orders, and related documents.
- You'll motivate, develop, and maintain subcontractor interest and engagement in the project(s).
- You'll administer the Construction Contract from inception through construction to project closeout.
- You'll prepare and manage detailed project budgets.
- You'll manage and administrate payment application documents for all parties.
- You'll interface with the local building department to obtain necessary permits and coordinate project close-out with officials.
- You'll manage construction scheduling and sequencing, anticipate long-lead items, and recognize critical paths.
- You'll advise the client regarding the Construction Contract and all related project matters.
- You'll verify and validate the General Contractor's receipt of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment.
- You'll monitor and enforce all health and safety requirements onsite.
- You'll schedule and conduct Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager meetings, preparing and distributing minutes.
- You'll hold weekly production and/or safety meetings.
- You'll review jobsite progress with an eye toward quality, conformance to drawings, and specifications.
- You'll report to senior leadership on all cost, schedule, risk, and quality issues.
- You'll perform additional duties as assigned.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Center Construction Project Management
- MEP expertise, with a strong focus on electrical system
- Deep understanding of data center operations, functionality, and critical equipment
- Proven experience in hyper-scale data centers (preferred)

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, and materials
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes
- Excellent communicator—both verbal and written—with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
