We are looking for a Vice President of retail operations to join us in advancing the industry forward.  Position SummarySKIMS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Retail Operations to lead and elevate our retail presence across all store locations. This role will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of retail operations, ensuring every store reflects the SKIMS brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in retail leadership, and scaling retail operations to support rapid growth. Key Responsibilities·      Strategic Planning and Execution:·      Develop and implement a comprehensive retail operations strategy that aligns with SKIMS' vision and growth objectives.·      Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. ·      Set performance metrics and targets for retail locations, addressing challenges proactively. ·      Create and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. ·      Lead the execution of retail initiatives that drive long-term growth and brand loyalty. New Store Openings:·      Develop and execute scalable processes to ensure seamless openings and successful market entry.·      Collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and brand standards. Store Operations Management:·      Drive operational excellence across all retail locations, ensuring consistency in processes, customer service, and brand representation.·      Optimize store layouts, inventory management, and staffing to maximize sales and efficiency. Team Development:·      Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of leaders to deliver exceptional results.·      Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the retail organization. Customer Experience:·      Leverage customer insights to continuously refine and improve the in-store experience.·      Introduce technology solutions to enhance customer engagement and convenience. Financial Performance:·      Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and pricing strategies.·      Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to meet profitability targets. Ensure financial goals are met. ·      Identify opportunities to improve ROI and optimize resource allocation.·      Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.  Operational Excellence:·      Establish best practices in store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.·      Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.·      Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.·      Oversee inventory management processes.  Innovation and Trends:·      Stay informed about industry trends, retail technologies, and competitive dynamics.·      Incorporate innovations to maintain SKIMS' position as a market leader in retail operations. Qualifications·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field ·      10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, including significant experience in new store openings.·      Proven success in managing multi-location retail operations in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.·      Expertise in retail technology, customer engagement strategies, and operational best practices.·      Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.·      Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.·      Passion for the SKIMS brand and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences. Join SKIMS and play a key role in shaping the future of our retail success!
