Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. About this opportunity
 

Welcome to the Global Trading Team. The role is anchored in the Implementation team that serves as the crucial link between portfolio managers and trading desks, responsible for order generation for more than 450 funds and mandates where we ensure that our customer's investments are accurately placed in our various investment strategies.

This role provides a unique opportunity for someone looking to enter the field of asset management and trading, and to interact with diverse professionals across our trading unit and other parts of Nordea Asset Management. You will become an integrated part of our team and get to learn and develop your skills within portfolio construction, trading and capital markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage daily portfolio activities including flow management and implementing portfolio manager’s investment decisions
• Oversee and control portfolio dispersions to ensure optimal performance
• Handle pre- and post-trade controls to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, Back Office and Middle Office to facilitate smooth operations
• Assist in the development of new areas within the Trading unit
• Participate in various project-related tasks including analysis, data extraction, system testing, statistics and administrative services

Your professional profile and background:

• You have work experience and/or education within economy, finance, engineering, information technology or a similar field
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess great analytical and technical skills
