Description:
The Director, EHR Implementation architects and executes EHR implementation strategies for clients and builds client-executive relationships into trusted advisory partnerships. This role serves as a subject matter expert in EHR implementation strategies and methodologies, including Community Connect and Refuel optimizations, for both the company and its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as delivery leader in implementation and optimization client engagements
- Independently plans, executes, and leads implementation and/or optimization engagements of varying size and complexity
- Manages resource management, budget, forecasting and utilization reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develops client-facing roadmaps and project plans and positions the firm for long-term revenue gain with clients and unified positioning sales opportunities
- Owns, manages, and contributes to the development of service methodologies, best practices, and products
- Partners with Managing Director, Executives and Sales team on sales enablement and pursuit activities including proposal development and RFP/RFI responses
