OneStream Junior Consultant - REMOTE

Definitive Logic is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Junior OneStream Consultants to join our rapidly expanding team.  In this entry-level role, you will assist our consulting team with implementing, configuring, and optimizing the OneStream platform, which is used for budgeting, planning and reporting. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance business processes and technology, with a focus on the OneStream application.
This position is 100% REMOTE.

Responsibilities

• Apply enterprise architecture principles and techniques to design and build financial applications in OneStream
• Assist in data entry tasks and data validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within OneStream.
• Help create financial reports and dashboards within OneStream by following templates and guidelines established based on client requirements.
• Participate in training sessions for end-users, both in-house and at client sites, to provide support and guidance on using the OneStream platform, assist in preparing test scenarios, tests cases and executing test scripts.
• Assist with data modeling, build business rules and parameters using OneStream.
• Work with the client resources and consulting team to document as-is and to-be processes, configuration details, client communications, internal control and risk analysis and issue tracking.
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the senior consulting team.
• Assist in data conversion, and data loads throughout program planning and execution.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of OneStream, financial processes, and industry best practices through internal and on-the-job learning.
• Engage with clients and internal resources in a professional and supportive manner and collaborate to ensure customer success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/data science, or business/finance/accounting
• Experience with Java, .NET, SQL, or Python required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Qualifications

• General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements 
• Experience on SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• VB.NET development experience 
• Work experience in OBIEE, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, or SAP BPC 
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Current U.S Government Secret clearance
