Compensation Range: $60,000 - $100,000+ per yearThis role has a monthly draw of $4,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential
How do our Automotive Sales Consultants Drive Impact?Maintain unit average required by storeGreet all customers promptly and in a courteous mannerLead customers through the entire sales processTake customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating featuresFollow up with customers after the purchaseMaintain daily contact with potential customers through CRM

We're Looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
