- Identify qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from requisition creation through offer acceptance, which includes screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, manager debrief, offer discussion, and requisition closure.
- Provide updates on the status of the requisitions to stakeholders of the process.
- Serve as the primary source of recruitment advice, consultation, and education for all Talent Acquisition questions for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions utilizing multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, targeted advertising, and college/university outreach. In certain instances, partner with external recruiters.
- Ensure all postings follow consistent practices.
- Manage the internal and external job posting process.
- Manages applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system.
- Create and present weekly requisition status reports for the designated area.
- Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of demonstrated external full cycle recruitment experience in an agency or corporate settings (blended is preferred) from developing requisitions, writing ads, online database searches, social media recruitment and cold calling candidates to develop a recruitment strategy and creative recruitment solutions.
- Prior experience in recruiting for high-volume fast turnaround positions.
- Previous med device recruiting is a plus.
- Experience managing external temp candidates from agencies is considered an advantage.
- Must be fluent in using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working in a centralized, high volume, on-line recruiting function is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years’ experience
