At the heart of everything we do, they inspire us to grow, raise the bar for our customers and fuel a pet-first business.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>In this role as a Senior Affiliate Specialist, you will work with affiliate partners and international networks to drive traffic to zooplus and boost conversions through third-party advertising. Additionally, you will also support the affiliate team on the strategical and operational level.</p><ul><li>Recruit affiliate partners tailored to regional requirements and demands, manage relationships with those affiliate partners</li><li>Develop campaigns and creatives for Affiliate cooperations on a regional level</li><li>Suggest optimizations for even better collaboration with publishers, check advertisements on publishers’ sites, negotiate deals</li><li>Drive traffic and increase sales through affiliates, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of affiliate campaigns • Troubleshoot any issues and suggest solutions</li><li>Set up commission, incentive structure in the local network account</li><li>Develop and optimize the regular communication with the partners</li><li>Check and approve invoices from third parties, managing commission compensation and cost reporting</li><li>Lead cross-functional projects to optimize conversion rates e.g., test landing pages as well as tracking, technical setup or product feed optimization</li><li>Complete budget forecasting and allocation, performance forecast and costs</li><li>Coach and onboard junior colleagues. Support team members on the operational and strategical level. Plan and organize workshops. Drive cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Stay informed of the latest market trends to ensure Zooplus remains competitive in the online advertising space</li></ul><p>Key Interfaces (who do we interact with):</p><ul><li>Country Leads (Sales and Markets)</li><li>Analytics and Insight Spoke</li><li>Content Production and Graphic Design</li><li>Social and Influencer</li><li>Finance and Legal</li><li>SEO, SEA and Display</li><li>Direct Cooperations</li><li>Product Owner and IT</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Expert in affiliate marketing, who challenges the status quo </li><li>Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and trends </li><li>Ideally the candidate has experience in pet food industry </li><li>Solid connections in the affiliate marketing landscape </li><li>Excellent organization and project management skills </li><li>Knowledge of product feed management is a must </li><li>Critical thinking and the ability to make sound judgments </li><li>Experience with web analytics tools and confidence handling data</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
