This is a seasonal position from April - early November. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to golfers
• Assist with merchandise display and inventory management
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a golf or sports-related setting
• Passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment and accessories
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
