As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech, you'll play a key role in scaling our visionary team in a super engaging work environment. <h3>As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/f/m) - Tech, your responsibilities will include:</h3> <ul> <li>owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our tech teams, from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through interviews, managing offers, and closing hires</li><li>partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data-driven decisions</li><li>building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging your network and proactive outreach</li><li>developing and executeing creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent</li><li>elevating our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into sourcing strategies and ensuring a standout candidate experience</li><li>managing and optimizing our ATS to drive efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes</li></ul> <h3>What you will need to succeed in this role:</h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of proven experience in tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast-paced in-house recruiting team</li><li>a deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation</li><li>a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams</li><li>fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly, German skills are beneficial</li></ul><span><b>Why join vivenu?</b></span><br/><b>Live Entertainment Tech</b>Play a mission-critical role for global brands, redefining fan experiences from festivals to major sports events.
