Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor at Pj Fitzpatrick plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team, ensuring the effective management of inventory and logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Schedule and oversee daily logistics operations, including loading and unloading deliveries.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
